Scripts submitted to PCH Scriptworks receive one of three recommendations - Pass, Consider or Recommend. All scripts receiving Consider or Recommend marks will be reviewed by PCH Filmworks executives and considered for our non-exclusive brokering program.

Non-exclusive brokering means that we'll pass your script to our network of development executives at major studios and production companies, and other independent production companies. If your script is purchased or optioned because of our contact, we get 10% of the purchase or option price. Non-exclusive means that you're free to shop around town in parallel to our specific efforts.

The non-exclusive brokering arrangement is a one-time agreement. If you, as the writer, and we, as PCH Filmworks, decide it's a good idea to pass your script along to a different contact in our network, it's a separate, one-time agreement as well.

The beauty in this type of arrangement is that it doesn't limit you from pursuing every avenue to get your script sold. We're just helping you by doing some networking for you.
