You can be whatever you want to be…even the President of the United States... or at least that’s what we tell the kids.

Robert Littlefield, a social studies teacher in rural Iowa, has led a rather uneventful life. That all changes when his seventh grade, special needs class enter him in the Iowa Presidential Caucus as a class project. Littlefield reluctantly agrees, but only under the condition that his students run his campaign. Hadley, an energetic girl with political ambitions of her own – not to mention a bit of a temper – leads Mr. Littlefield and his motley crew of misunderstood yet talented kids to the campaign trail. Littlefield’s simple message of family values and education, along with some ‘savvy’ politics by his students, takes the country by storm, and he emerges as a legitimate contender for the Oval office. But are passion and heart enough to win?
