Script Submission Form

Submitting a script is easy:

1) If your script is not already registered with the Writers Guild of America or the U.S. Copyright Office, we highly recommend you register or copyright first. To register with the Writers Guild, call them at (323) 782-4540 (CA) or (212) 757-4360 (NY), or visit them online at www.wga.org.

2) Fill out our submission form, print two copies and sign both.

3) Fill out our release form, print two copies and sign both.

4) Prepare a self-addressed, stamped 9"x13" envelope so we can return your script to you.

5) Send two copies of the submission form, two copies of the release form, your self-addressed, stamped envelope and your script to:

Coverage by our readers generally takes 2 to 6 weeks, so you may not hear from us until then. Please send any inquiries regarding your script submission to kathy@pchfilmworks.com.

NOTE: The reviews and recommendations of PCH Filmworks, and the results thereof, are subjective in nature, and reasonable people may disagree as to the merits of the Material submitted for evaluation. The writer submitting Material to PCH Filmworks for evaluation agrees that PCH Filmworks cannot warrant or guaranty that its review of the Materials will result in a complimentary or positive evaluation.

If more than one writer is credited on the script, each writer must submit his/her own order/registration form, and each writer must complete and sign our release form. Sorry, no exceptions.

PLEASE COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS. Sorry, but we are unable to accept any scripts submitted with incomplete submission forms.
