Script Submission Form
Submitting a script is easy:
1) REQUESTED SCRIPTS ONLY
Only persons who have received a specific request from PCH Filmworks to read their script may submit scripts to us by following the directions on this page. If we have not requested your script, DO NOT PROCEED. If you would like to submit a pitch to us, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2) REGISTER YOUR SCRIPT
If your script is not already registered with the Writers Guild of America or the U.S. Copyright Office, we highly recommend you register or copyright first. To register with the Writers Guild, call them at (323) 782-4540 (CA) or (212) 757-4360 (NY), or visit them online at www.wga.org.
3) COMPLETE THE SUBMISSION INFORMATION FORM
Complete the form fields below and click PROCEED TO RELEASE FORM to send your basic submission information to us electronically. This gets you into our system.
4) COMPLETE THE RELEASE FORM
Once you have clicked the PROCEED TO RELEASE FORM, you will be taken to the Release Form page.
To send your script electronically:
Complete, sign, scan/PDF and email your Release Form to email@example.com OR fax to 949.753.9066
To send your script in hard copy:
Complete, sign and send 2 originals of your Release Form with your script to:

NOTE 1: Scripts will not be read without a signed Release Form. No exceptions.
NOTE 2: If more than one writer is credited on the script, each writer must submit his/her own order/registration form, and each writer must complete and sign our release form. No exceptions.
5) RETURNING YOUR SCRIPT TO YOU
If you send your script in hard copy and would like us to return it to you if we pass, you must enclose a self-addressed, stamped 9"x13" envelope with your script.
6) BE PATIENT
Coverage by our readers generally takes 2 to 6 weeks, so you may not hear from us until then. Please send any inquiries regarding your script submission to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The reviews and recommendations of PCH Filmworks, and the results thereof, are subjective in nature, and reasonable people may disagree as to the merits of the Material submitted for evaluation. The writer submitting Material to PCH Filmworks for evaluation agrees that PCH Filmworks cannot warrant or guaranty that its review of the Materials will result in a complimentary or positive evaluation.
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS. Sorry, but we are unable to accept any scripts submitted with incomplete submission forms.
